Return & Refund Policy

Due to health codes, food and beverage items cannot be returned. However, if you’re unsatisfied, we may offer refunds or partial compensation on a case-by-case basis.

• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a substitution or refund.

• For custom cakes or catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund.
